Managing Too Many Media Channels

To start, allocate the media budget to achieve one specific task and then review the media channels that best fit the intended campaign. 

Select only specific media capable of maximizing impact and void diluting your media dollars over multiple channels . It is always best to concentrate on specific time zone or position to impact target market. 

The lifestyle/format of the media channel needs to compliment your brand or service and in many cases the number one media channel is not always the best one…aim to be in a cost effective and durable media environment. 

Wherever possible avoid cluttered and saturated media formats where your message may be lost in the mix. Aim to create a stand alone environment where your product or service can dominate the media segment
